A place where memories are created, remembered, and cherished since 1977!
Our philosophy is to satisfy you with more than just a great meal, our goal is to bring a delicious array of flavours to your palate complimented by our outstanding service, consistency, and classic atmosphere. We are passionate about your experience.

It is our pleasure to serve you unique food with everything made in house and from scratch including our complimentary bread to start. We always source out the best quality local ingredients and in some cases the finest imports for such things as Spanish Saffron or Black Truffle. Our kitchen creates a combination of modern and classic cuisine from around the world.

Our wine list features many of the best wineries of the Okanagan valley and also includes a few from around the world to cover those looking for the perfect Bordeaux, Chianti, or California Cab. We want you to enjoy a glass or two while you are here, we strive to offer a fair price on bottles and to have the perfect wine for every budget and taste.
Our team is passionate and invested in giving you the best experience in town. To us, Intermezzo is more than a job. We have an impassioned team of long term chef’s, servers, and management. Included in our team is a half dozen family members who have worked here in different capacity’s for over 20 years.

Ellie and her sister Mandy started here each at the age of 13 working as busser’s under previous owner Jean. They have fond memories of the old days whipping up Zabaglione over the hot stove or helping server Dagny surrounded by the old wooden tables and antique furniture.
Purchased in 2007 as a restaurant that had so many memories and such potential, Ellie and Glenn have put their hearts and experience into it ever since. In that time they have brought on lots of passionate family members and kept staff for many years. At any moment you may see brother Lukas or Dustin out front, have chef Glenn, Mandy or cousin Owen cooking your food, or see grandma Heather or sister Haley picking up little Bowenn to take care of him..
