Reservations (please read)

Important Information:

Castle Bistro: We now have a new restaurant called The Castle Bistro! Only an 8 minute drive north of our downtown location. Reservations can be made by calling downtown and asking to book at the Castle Bistro. 250-542-3853.

Wine Cellar: If you would like to book the wine cellar, please call the restaurant. We have two seating’s per night, similar to the large party schedule listed above.

Special requests are welcome, but not guaranteed. We will always do our best to make your special request possible but can’t guarantee it will be possible in our very small and always busy dining room. “Quiet tables” as are often requested, are almost never possible. So please come with an open mind and open heart to enjoy the love and hard work we put into our family-run restaurant!

Allergies: Please let your server know of any ALLERGIES before ordering so we can help you make the right selection.

Reservations:

Waitlist:  We now have a waitlist! If you don’t see your desired time, either change the time and search again, or click an unavailable time to join the waitlist. We will call you if anything becomes available.

Dining Period:  All our tables are booked for 2 hours. If you need more than that amount of time to dine, please consider coming later in the night or call the restaurant to let us know you will need more time.

Large Parties:  We have two seating times available. One that seats 5:15pm or earlier, and one that seats after 7:30pm. Please consider these two times before calling to make a reservation. Large groups (max 12 people) must be made by phone and require a credit card to hold the table. Thank you!

Note: only about 60% of tables are available for online booking. Join the waitlist or call the restaurant and leave a message if you are flexible on your dinner time.

Reservation Policy

Reservations requests for the current day can be made up until the start of dinner service. Online reservations will be confirmed immediately via email.

If you prefer to reserve by phone, we will return your call approximately 30-60 minutes before we open for dinner, unfortunately we can not guarantee a spot.

Large parties are always welcome, just be sure to make your reservation well in advance. If you need to book for more than 4 people, please call the restaurant.

Our goal is to ensure that our quality of food and level of service are consistent every night of the week and anytime during service. We may limit the size and time of any request in order to maintain our high standards.
